Shirin Tale-Yazdi, is an US licensed attorney that has lived in Dubai since 2012. While in Dubai she has worked as in-house legal counsel for companies in oil and gas and the travel and tourism sector. Prior to moving to Dubai, she worked for Madison Harbor, a California based law firm, as a civil litigation lawyer and worked as a volunteer attorney for the Public Law Society.
Shirin obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a minor in Global Peace and Conflict Resolution from the University of California Irvine. After working for a few years, she attended law school at Stetson University College of Law based in St. Petersburg, Florida where she was awarded Student Organization Leader of the Year and was President of the Law & Order Society. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Farsi and has a passion for the arts and current affairs.
