Sayed Mustafa Rezazadah is Program Associate at Lapis Afghanistan. He has five years of work experience in project management and community development. Over the years, he developed strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Prior to joining Lapis, Mustafa was working as Customer Relation Manager in a manufacturing and logistics firm. He supported the firm in creating more effective customer flows and contributed to product development to deliver the best services and products to his customers.
Before joining the private sector, Mustafa build up his leadership skills through a long-lasting engagement in civil society and youth capacity building programs. After four years working with AIESEC in Afghanistan, in 2015, he was elected as Country President of AIESEC for Afghanistan. Throughout his time at AIESEC, he played a vital role in creation and implementation of the national strategic plan to foster exchange opportunities for youth in Afghanistan. He has attended four major summits of AIESEC in Bulgaria, Cambodia, India, and the USA to represent the voice of Afghan youth and discuss over possible collaboration between Afghanistan and other countries. The outcome of his meetings led AIESEC in Afghanistan to partner with 10 AIESEC entities, in MEA, Europe, AP and Latin America, that created hundreds of exchange opportunities for Afghan youth to experience cross-cultural and professional internship programs to gain practical professional experience and embrace diversity. Moreover, he succeeded to encourage tens of international trainees to join volunteer-based projects and professional internships within NGOs and companies in Afghanistan throughout 2014-2016.
Mustafa is Bachelor of Business Administration from Kabul University. His native language is Dari, and has the ability to speak fluently Pashto, English, Urdu and basic German.
