Samim has over 10 years of experience in strategic communications, strategic coordination, and governance with a great understanding of post-conflict and crisis environments. He is a recognized leader who possesses a unique combination of on-field and policy-level experience across the private, public, international and NGOs spectrums. His responsibilities at Lapis include leading program design, production, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous business development. He supports clients with strategies and implementation, ensures overall client satisfaction, liaises with key partners and local government, and provides a holistic and well-rounded approach to strategic communications. Samim has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration at the American University of Afghanistan. He speaks native Dari and Pashtu and is fluent in English.
