Kabir Mokamel brings deep creative direction experience from around the world. His personal and professional mission focuses on using art as a strategic tool for peace-building, as well as helping define and refine Afghanistan’s national identity. From promoting visual literacy to developing a symbolic vocabulary for Afghanistan’s people, he is especially dedicated to the opportunity to develop a robust and dynamic culture that celebrates the best of the past while laying the grounds for a more vibrant future.
To that end, he has developed creative campaigns that span film, social media, digital, and print productions. These projects have brought him to work and live across Australia, Canada, Dubai, and Afghanistan over the past two decades. His previous work experience includes graphic design for public and civic organizations in Australia, design management for the Cetena Group, and freelance work for public and private sector clients alike.
