Claire Swann is a research specialist with over ten years’ experience, mainly gained in Iraq and Africa managing research projects in developing and conflict affected areas. Most of her work has been focused on issues relating to aid, development and CVE. Claire has been involved with numerous successful strategic communications campaigns, providing essential insights to internal stakeholders and clients including governments and high profile international organisations.
Her skill set covers aspects of social, political and consumer research, including: strategy, research design, quantitative and qualitative data collection, development and testing of research instruments, extensive training and mentoring of research partners in Africa and the Middle East, quality control (especially relating to research conducted in multiple languages), analysis and reporting.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
