Our services include market research, communication strategy, creative design, video production, public outreach, training, and M&E.


  • Support Lapis’ team on program implementation throughout the life cycle of active projects, including research, strategy, creative design, production, dissemination, and monitoring and evaluation.

  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, project vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on track per the project plan.

  • Write periodical project reports based on client requirements, internal and external compliance procedures.

  • Support budget development, raise invoices and ensure payments are made to vendors according to each project budget.

  • Support responses to RFP solicitations by writing communications-for-development proposals and concept notes as needed.

  • Support business development through research, identifying opportunities and developing communication strategies, creative approaches, and monitoring and evaluation methodologies.

  • Perform various communication and office operation activities as needed.

Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of program management experience in the fields of economic, social and or public institutional development in the field of strategic communications.

  • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and creative writing.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter and adapts to small business environment

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Tech-savvy with platforms such as social media, web, and desktop publishing tools and applications.
