  • Maintain all Accounting modules namely, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Purchase Order Process, Fixed Assets Management and Inventory / Stock and Payroll.
  • Support preparation of company and project budgets, forecasts, re-forecasts and update project profitability reports accordingly
  • Coordinate all auditors’ requirements, as needed -Internal, external, project specific and government.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Accounting Principles, Systems of Internal Controls and formulates.
  • Implement Accounting Systems, Policies & Procedures
  • Identify and report project deviation from Projected budgeted sales / expenses or Cash flow and advice Management accordingly. All in compliance with company Accounting Manual, Financial policies and client policies including Grants Financial Management and Accounting
  • Maintain company bank account
  • Maintain company data base i.e. vendors, suppliers and clients
  • Develop and maintain a digital and physical filing system of all office, financial and legal data, including vouchers and supporting documents.
  • Support the company in Income Tax and Sales Tax filing including Government Departments and Social Security
  • Maintain staff, consultants and supplier records, including health insurance, telecom, expenses, vacation and leave days
  • Manage and attend to the company reception desk
  • Maintain all office inventory, supplies and services, including payments for utilities, telecom, post office, deliveries, cleaning and maintenance services
  • Other tasks as delegated by the reporting supervisors 


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
  • Experience with Jordan tax filing requirements and regulations
  • Minimum five years of office management & accounts experience
  • Experience working with international non-governmental organizations
  • Advanced MS Office, Excel. MS AX dynamics a plus
  • Experience in customer relation management (Sales-Force a plus)
  • Ability to perform intermediate level account analysis
  • Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in preparing reports and written communication
  • Thrives and enjoys a dynamic small company environment
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
